Pr Dan Anderson preached this sermon on Psalm 120 at WPC Belconnen’s Sunday morning service on August 28, 2022.
Psalm 120 is the first Psalm in a series of Songs of Ascent in the Book of Psalms. The Israelites would sing these Songs of Ascent as they made their way up to Jerusalem for one of the three prescribed annual festivals (Passover, Pentecost and Tabernacles). Pr Anderson described this Psalm as a soundtrack for people on the move, and a word of comfort for all pilgrims.
