This sermon was preached at WPC Belconnen’s evening service on October 3, 2021. It examines Daniel 4 and was part of our 2021 series studying the Old Testament Book of Daniel.
In Daniel 4, we read the account of how God humbled the ruler of the greatest empire in the world at that time, King Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon. In this chapter, the king of Babylon gives a first-hand account – which was published and proclaimed to the whole kingdom of Babylon – of how Yahweh, the Most-High God, graciously humbled the powerful King Nebuchadnezzar and brought him to faith in the God who is there.
